2019 fue un a\u00f1o muy especial para Lumina y su equipo. Celebramos reuniones mensuales y, a partir de ellas, discutimos y experimentamos varios temas que impactan significativamente nuestro\u00a0<\/span>cotidiano<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Bajo la coordinaci\u00f3n de la empresa Aloha Assessoria Social e Gest\u00e3o em Bem-Estar, el equipo defini\u00f3 los temas con los que trabajar\u00edamos durante todo el a\u00f1o, y decidimos comenzar y finalizar el a\u00f1o con un tema que creemos que tiene un alto poder de transformaci\u00f3n en la vida de las personas. : GRATITUD.<\/p>\n

La gratitud tiene muchos beneficios cient\u00edficamente probados:<\/p>\n

Mejora la salud f\u00edsica.
Mejora la salud mental, aumenta la sensaci\u00f3n de felicidad y reduce los riesgos de depresi\u00f3n.
Le abre la puerta a otras relaciones personales.

Mejora el sue\u00f1o
Mejora la autoestima.
Aumenta el equilibrio emocional
Estar agradecido no es solo reconocer las cosas buenas que nos pasan, sino tambi\u00e9n agradecer por el \u00e9xito y los logros de las personas que nos rodean. Es agradecer las dificultades y obst\u00e1culos que siempre nos brindan oportunidades de aprendizaje.<\/p>\n

Agradecer es un verbo, una acci\u00f3n constante, un cambio en la actitud diaria que atrae de todo por lo agradecemos.<\/p>\n
