Muitos dizem que as crises s\u00e3o grandes oportunidades. N\u00f3s da Lumina compactuamos com este pensamento. Neste momento de COVID-19, entendemos que ela pode trazer duas oportunidades.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A primeira delas \u00e9 a chance de contribuir com a sociedade global. Pode ser se engajando em algo grande: como projetos de doa\u00e7\u00e3o diversos, a\u00e7\u00f5es conjuntas com outras empresas ou mesmo na comunidade onde voc\u00ea est\u00e1 inserido. No bairro ou na cidade, ajudando pequenos neg\u00f3cios e profissionais liberais. S\u00e3o muitas as frentes e sempre d\u00e1 pra fazer algo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Acreditamos que o momento pede um olhar mais humano das empresas e das pessoas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A segunda oportunidade \u00e9 de ressignificar as estrat\u00e9gias de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e o processo de vendas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Este \u00e9 um momento delicado, e o tom tem de estar alinhado ao momento que todos vivemos. As pessoas est\u00e3o atordoadas, as empresas mesmo com foco em seus neg\u00f3cios podem estar perdidas em que dire\u00e7\u00e3o seguir. Por isso vale a pena repensar como nossos an\u00fancios, muito vendedores, podem chegar aos olhos de quem est\u00e1 fragilizado neste momento. As vendas precisam continuar acontecendo, mas de maneira menos fria do que era feito antes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sempre d\u00e1 pra pensar e fazer mais. Encontrar a empatia e compaix\u00e3o, j\u00e1 que estamos todos no mesmo barco. O assunto talvez j\u00e1 tenha esgotado as possibilidades em todas as redes e tamb\u00e9m na tv e nos jornais, mas aqui engrossamos o coro do: d\u00e1 pra ser diferente, d\u00e1 pra ser mais humano.<\/span><\/p>\n
