Para fechar este ano com uma boa reflex\u00e3o, recebemos ontem (16\/12\/2020) na Lumina, Matilde Berna para uma palestra com o tema \u201cA transforma\u00e7\u00e3o que a mudan\u00e7a digital e a pandemia trouxeram para nossas vidas e para as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.\u201d<\/p>\n

Matilde falou sobre as altera\u00e7\u00f5es que j\u00e1 est\u00e1vamos vivendo antes da pandemia, e como elas foram aceleradas com a chegada do v\u00edrus e as demandas desencadeadas por ele. Al\u00e9m do movimento nos neg\u00f3cios, onde oportunidades foram criadas, tamb\u00e9m come\u00e7aram a acontecer transforma\u00e7\u00f5es em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a forma de pensar, visando o bem estar de todos.<\/p>\n

Como o caso de 83 bilion\u00e1rios que pediram revis\u00e3o de seus impostos, pois queriam contribuir mais com a sociedade, mostrando que h\u00e1 esperan\u00e7a sim, para o mundo e para o Brasil.<\/p>\n

Falamos sobre como a tecnologia pode ser transformada em inova\u00e7\u00e3o, mas com o olhar voltado ao lado humano. Sozinha, a inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica nas empresas n\u00e3o \u00e9 capaz de gerar transforma\u00e7\u00e3o e impulsionar o crescimento dos neg\u00f3cios. \u00c9 necess\u00e1rio que pessoas tomem a frente desse processo, pois a inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica n\u00e3o deve ter um fim em si mesma; ela se d\u00e1 por pessoas em benef\u00edcio de outras pessoas.<\/p>\n

Novas compet\u00eancias est\u00e3o surgindo no mercado de trabalho e que v\u00e3o demandar de gestores e colaboradores vis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica, conectada com os objetivos da empresa e conectada com o que acontece no mundo.<\/p>\n

Nossa fundadora Carla Vilas Boas tamb\u00e9m falou sobre inova\u00e7\u00e3o no final da palestra. Apontando que n\u00e3o existe inova\u00e7\u00e3o sem erro, e que errar faz parte do processo, assim como as mudan\u00e7as nos convidam a sair da zona de conforto.<\/p>\n
